If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled. You may wait to receive the order and initiate a return if applicable.

We allow modifications (such as changes to shipping address or product variant) within the first 12 hours after your order is placed. Beyond that window, we cannot guarantee changes due to fulfillment speed.
